The Client and Context
Forsyte runs 24×7×365 managed detection & response, a human-led SOC, threat hunting and incident response; built natively on the Microsoft stack. Its credentials are real and rare: Microsoft MXDR Verified, MISA member, Microsoft Education US Partner of the Year, SOC 2 Type 2.

Four paths designed to conversion
An elite product. A site that hadn't caught up.
The old site read like a regional IT shop: EDU-defaulted messaging, near-invisible in search, one generic CTA. Against CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Red Canary and Arctic Wolf, the gap cost credibility before sales ever spoke.

Synthetic rigor, plus a live check.
Keep: research even under constraint.
The synthetic foundation made every later decision faster and more defensible, and gave stakeholders a “why” for calls that could have read as taste.Keep: system in parallel with screens. Building the design system alongside the UI caught inconsistencies while they were still cheap to fix.
Differently: five real users before lock. I'd get a lightweight live test in front of the highest-stakes call (the nav model) before sign-off. The synthetic card sort is a strong, reasoned hypothesis; five real users either confirm it or save a costly assumption.
The version I'd run next. Pair synthetic rigor with a small live check, keep the speed, add the certainty where it matters most.
